Welcome to Manchester Chamber Concerts Society. Every season we present one of the finest series of chamber music concerts in Britain. Recent performers at MCCS include the Alban Berg and Emerson Quartets, the Nash Ensemble and the Kungsbacka Trio. All concerts take place in the intimate atmosphere of the Concert Hall at Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music.
The 09/10 season is the first to be planned by our new artistic director Kathryn Stott and features such outstanding artists as the Vienna Piano Trio, the Haffner Wind Ensemble and acclaimed tenor Mark Padmore with pianist Julius Drake.
You may wish to purchase tickets for individual concerts or benefit from buying a subscription. MCCS subscribers gain admission to all seven concerts for the price of five and get the same guaranteed seat for each event. Subscribers can also bring a guest free of charge to a concert of their choice.
